Top 3 FACTS about flu vaccines you need to know for the 2018-2019 season

(NaturalHealth365) As the flu season hysteria ramps up, it can be challenging to make sense of all the noise about flu vaccines.

To help you make better informed decisions this year, it’s helpful to understand some basic facts about the 2018-2019 flu season – and what it potentially means to encourage the use of toxic drugs – as a ‘treatment’ option.

The underreported danger of flu vaccines EXPOSED

1. Flu shots are clearly ineffective.   Just check out the admission by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):

The CDC freely acknowledges that the overall effectiveness of the flu shots currently available for this season is only about 40% for the 2018-2019 season.  In other words, at least 6 out of 10 flu vaccines administered this year wouldn’t even afford proper protection against a true influenza infection.

Even the highest reported vaccine effectiveness over the past decade hasn’t topped out beyond 60% back in the 2010-2011 season. Can you imagine your physician prescribing a medication to yourself or your child which AT BEST would work only 3 out of 5 times?

Something about that math just doesn’t add up.

2. Public health officials have fudged the data about hospitalizations and deaths related to the 2017-2018 flu season.

As we recently discussed, the CDC has been including unsubstantiated flu “deaths” and illnesses from last year as a poor-veiled way to up-sell flu shots for this season. In their release, public health officials make no distinction between actual flu deaths and “flu-associated deaths” or “flu-like illnesses” – for which flu vaccines would offer no protective benefit anyway.

In other words, the government freely includes pneumonia and related respiratory conditions as part of their reporting data.

3. An estimated 20% of 2018-2019 flu shots WILL contain a neurotoxin called thimerosal.

Thimerosal is a type of mercury put into flu vaccines as a preservative that can prevent fungus, mold, and other germs from growing in the medication. According to the CDC, as many as 34 million of the estimated 168 million flu shots which will be manufactured and pushed onto the American public for the 2018-2019 flu season will contain thimerosal.

As noted by the authors of a 2011 review published in the peer-reviewed journal Current Problems in Pediatric and Adolescent Health Care, Mercury is a highly toxic element; there is no known safe level of exposure.”

A warning by the scientific community

Research indicates that mercury can readily cross the placenta and negatively affect the neurodevelopment of a growing fetus – and despite this, many doctors and the CDC continue to advise pregnant women to get flu shots.  And, let’s not forget the health risks associated with aluminum – which is inside many of the vaccines on the market.

The bottom line: the risks associated with a flu shot clearly outweigh the potential benefits.  Fortunately, there are plenty of other ways to protect yourself and your loved ones against the flu – strategies which do not involve taking harmful drugs:

  • Optimize your fluid intake.
  • Engage in a good habit of (daily) hand washing.
  • Avoid people exhibiting flu-like symptoms (sneezing, coughing, runny nose, sore throat, etc.).
  • Eat a healthy nutrient-dense diet bolstered by adequate exercise and sleep.
  • And, supplement your diet with vitamin C and D.

As we always like to say at NaturalHealth365, the rewards are worth the effort.
