Trouble sleeping can literally destroy your health

The first step toward solving any health issue is in identifying the problem. So, how do you know if you have to improve the quality of your sleep? Ask yourself these important questions – below:

1. Are you suffering from ANY health issue?
2. Are you having trouble losing weight – even though your diet and exercise routine seems good?
3. Are you craving sugar or some form of carbohydrates – especially at night? (before bedtime)
4. Do you experience a drop in energy – during the afternoon – and an increase in energy later on in the day?

Obviously, if you said ‘yes’ to any of the above questions – then you might want to consider improving the quality of your sleep. For some people, it may be important to get to bed earlier – but for others it may be a matter of reducing electromagnetic frequency (EMF) pollution within the bedroom or changing the diet.  Bottom line, if you’re having trouble sleeping, there are many natural solutions to resolve the problem.

What is the purpose of ‘Dan’s Plan’?

Dan Pardi is an entrepreneur and researcher whose life’s work is centered on how to facilitate health behaviors in others. He is the developer of Loop Model to Sustain Health Behaviors to help people live a healthy lifestyle in a modern world.

He does research with the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department at Stanford, and the Departments of Neurology and Endocrinology at Leiden University in the Netherlands. His current research looks at how sleep influences decision making. Dan also works with Naval Special Warfare to help the most elite fighters in the world maintain vigilant performance in both combat and non-combat conditions.

What is Dan’s thesis? According to Dan, “a “broken lifestyle” is at the root of modern illness. View health not simply a balance of wellness and sickness, but also as a personal practice. An effective health practice will reduce the risk of disease, maintain physical abilities, and optimize life performance, life quality, and lifespan.”

Dan’s Mission: According to Dan, “we focus on food, movement, and sleep as fundamental domains of your health practice. We provide lifestyle guidance and help you track key behaviors so you know if you’re living within your ‘Zone of HealthTM’ on a daily-to-weekly basis.”
